I was born in Linz/Austria in 1964.

After successfully completing a technical education, I very soon turned to my passion, working with people, and became involved as a manager in large Austrian service companies.

Since 1995 I have been conducting management training, train the trainer, self-awareness, and personality development seminars.
With my expertise I support companies in the process of goal setting and further in organizational, personnel and strategic development.

In individual coaching I support entrepreneurs, executives and top athletes.

Since 1998 I have been using the methods Future Conference, RTSC (Real Time Strategic Change) and Open Space to work with large groups. Here, up to 800 people are involved in co-designing the future of the company/organisation.

In February 2004, I used the newly developed methode "The Walk", for the first time. The somewhat different way of working with large groups.

I have an additional field of activity in the subject of company takeovers, but also in company handovers in the family sector.
