The Walk
Moderation

Target Group

Companies/Organisations that want to increase their own performance and consciously use their own strengths through this highly individualized input. Or as a "different" incentive event.

Goal

To share and jointly deepen the existing know-how in the organisation. To gain new motivation for everyday work and to use the gained knowledge.

Methodology

A combination of physical movement, the knowledge and experience of the participants and selective input on the desired topic is created in an overall concept. In the process, a group of people gets moving (physically and mentally).
The event is given a defined title.
The result is a shared experience in which both personal and company-specific knowledge is combined with new inputs. A much higher level of knowledge and implementation potential is created than through a lecture and the feeling that we ourselves are aware of it spreads. The awareness of one's own abilities and possibilities develops. The motivation to be active ourselves increases.

Duration

Preparation approx. 1 day
Event 2 to 8 hours

Participants

20 to 400 People

Location

Ideally a beautiful piece of nature
